Goldenhorse are a pop/folk band from New Zealand. The group consists of Kirsten Morelle (vocals), Geoff Maddock (guitar/vocals), Ben King (guitar/vocals), Vincent Hine (bass), and Nick Gaffaney (drums).
Debut album, 2002’s “Riverhead” topped the New Zealand album charts, and has been certified 3 times platinum in NZ. The album produced a top 10 single in “Maybe Tomorrow” (number 10) and a top 20 single in “Wake Up Brother” (number 17). The single “Northern Lights” also reached number 43.

Sophomore LP “Out Of The Moon” reached number 2 in the New Zealand album charts after it’s 2005 release, and has also been certified platinum in NZ. The single of the same name reached number 21 of the NZ singles chart.

Third record “Reporter”, released in 2007, was les successful, climbing to number 38 on the album charts.
